Hogle Zoo

We decided to take advantage of the somewhat nice weather and my spring break and took Kiley to the zoo.  She loved it, for the first couple of hours we had to run from one place to the next to see more animals.  She enjoyed the carousel as well.  She wanted to ride “all her animals”.  We were able to keep it to just two, one time with Mommy and one time with Daddy.  She is actually learning to hold on and ride it all by herself. 

We took her to see the tigers, but she was only interested in one of them, the one she could climb on.  She needed to climb all the way to the top of his head.  We did walk back by the tigers and one was laying down, she asked if she could cuddle him?  We told her that probably wasn’t a good idea.
This is her riding on a giant elephant.  She wanted to get all the way up on his back.  Even Chris isn’t tall enough to make that happen.












When we got back home we asked her which of the animals we saw that day was the cutest.  After thinking about it for a few seconds she replied “Um, Me!” Her dad and I both had to agree with her.
