She's starting to sleep a little better now, but still has her nights and days a little mixed up. She likes to stay up from around 1 am to 3 am every morning but generally sleeps except for feedings other than that. Evelyn has been a real trooper and definitely does the lion's share of the late-night work.
It's been nice to have my mom in town to help out. She has mainly been coming over during the day to watch Kiley while 
Mom and Dad take a nap or two to try and catch up on their sleep. It's been very helpful. We're looking forward to the arrival of Evelyn's mom in the next day or two. It's wonderful that family has been so helpful.
Even at this early date, Kiley's personality is starting to come out. She is definitely a cuddler, as she will sleep for hours and hours if someone is holding her. I think she likes the warmth that another body provides. She is very inquisitive when she is awake and likes to look at faces, the windows and our chinese screens, all of which provide high contrast images for her little eyes to look at. She is a beautiful little girl and we love having her in our family.
More to come in the future. This is probably going to be our major outlet for information on Kiley's progress since we don't want to constantly bombard your email inboxes with photos of our pride and joy, so check back often. We'll try and keep it as up to date as possible.

She is so adorable, I wish we could have come up there! We are happy to have the updates. Kenzie was the same for sleeping, I had to set her down and unwrap her for her to wake up but luckily now it is the opposite, she won't sleep while being held:)
